Noticed that the person or outfit offering this postcard on Ebay had a very similar card on offer depicting Monahans, Texas and bearing a 1942 Monahans postmark. I’d still say this Dallas scene is more likely late ’30s than 1942.

On a broader note, while some detials say we were there…. the American big city street is the Majestic moment, this Country became and it has had a sad history to remove those decades, one by one they became and now just images….Happy 4th Of July……and keep reading the street it is our way of life….as a country….
